The vineyards have Smart Dyson trellising and are equipped with systems identical to those developed at the Dominio de Valdepusa Estate (Toledo): alternate subterranean drip irrigation, electronic soil humidity (C-Probes) sensors and hydric stress (dendrometers) sensors, likewise computerised weather stations enabling the correct application and precise control of the deficient irrigation technique. The vineyards therefore have an excellent leaf and bunch balance and exposure.
